The Three Broomsticks

Hello there, and welcome to my fine establishment, the Three Broomsticks! My name is Madame Rosmerta, and here at the Three Broomsticks, which just so happens to be a popular hangout in Hogsmeade for Hogwarts students, you will learn new recipes for my famous butterbeer and such! Good luck trying to find the ingredients for these recipes!

Firewhiskey

Delicious! Wakes you up! Tastes like candy!

you will need:

- Soda Water

- Cinnamon

- Red Food Coloring

- More cinnamon

- Sugar ( not too much!)

- Even MORE cinnamon!

Mix together, and enjoy! If you are over 21, then you can add some real whiskey or another alcohol to it! Serve chilled!

Butterbeer

Delicious! Warms you up! Wakes you up!

you will need:

1 cup of Club Soda

1/2 cup of Buterscotch Syrup ( Ice Cream Topping)

1/2 tablespoon of butter

Microwave butterscotch and butter in for 1 to 1 1/2 min.

Stir and cool for 30 seconds, then mix in club soda.

Serve in two coffee mugs. A perfectly warm Hogwarts treat for 2!

Pumpkin Pasties

Delicious pumpkin flavored cakes, that have a nice sweet/spicy flavor! ( 12 servings)

you will need;

1 (18 ounce) package of pre made sugar cokie dough. ( like pillsbury )

1 ( 28 ounce ) can of pumpkin pie filling

3 tablespoons of powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Cut cookie dough into 12 equal pieces and press into the cups of a muffin baking tray, making sure the dough goes up the sides.

3. Fill with pumpkin pie filling ( you will probably have extra left over)

4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes

5. Remove and let cool.

6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, and pie spice.

Enjoy!

Cauldron Cakes

Delicious little cakes that remind you of cauldrons! ( 21 servings/ 21 small cakes)

you will need:

2 cups of flour

1/2 cup of sugar

1 teaspoon of salt

1/2 cup of softened nutter or margarine

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 eggs

3/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon of ginger

1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

2. Mix eggs, sugar, butter, cinnamon, ginger, and vanilla in large mixing bowl, and whip on high for 2 minutes.

3. Mix other solid ingredients, and milk in bowl with other ingredients.

4. Put batter in muffin tins ( DON’T FILL UP ALL THE WAY, THE CAKES SHOULD BE SEMI-FLAT!)

5. Bake for 25 minutes

Decorate with sprinkles, and blue and yellow frosting. This cake also goes well with honey!
